At StatueCorp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
